Pre-Orders
Products marked as pre-orders require additional production time before shipment.
Estimated production and shipping timeframes are provided for informational purposes only and may vary due to manufacturing, supplier, shipping carrier, customs, or other unforeseen delays.
By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge and accept these production timelines.
All Sales Final
All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selections
- Change of mind
- Buyer's remorse
- Accidental purchases
- Delayed deliveries caused by shipping carriers
- Pre-order products
Customers are responsible for reviewing all product descriptions, sizing information, and order details before completing a purchase.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Bimotions is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
Customers should contact the carrier directly regarding lost or stolen packages.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact Bimotions first to attempt resolution of any order issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Fraudulent chargebacks may be contested with supporting documentation, including order confirmations, shipment tracking information, delivery confirmation, and communications regarding the order.
Intellectual Property
All designs, graphics, logos, photographs, artwork, branding, and website content are the exclusive property of Bimotions and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
