All Sales Are Final
Due to the limited nature of our products and made-to-order/pre-order production process, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- Incorrect size selections made by the customer
- Change of mind
- Buyer's remorse
- Accidental purchases
- Orders placed for pre-order items
Please review all sizing information carefully before placing your order.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue
- A description of the problem
After review, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Pre-Order Items
All pre-order purchases are final sale. Because products are manufactured specifically based on customer demand, we cannot offer cancellations, refunds, returns, or exchanges once a pre-order has been placed.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Bimotions is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
