Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2-8 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page. During new releases, high-volume periods, or pre-orders, processing times may be extended.

Pre-Orders

Items marked as pre-orders require additional production time before shipping. Estimated production and shipping times will be listed on the product page. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the stated production timeline.

Shipping Times

Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 2–7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

Tracking Information

Customers will receive tracking information via email once their order has been shipped.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping fees to be reshipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Bimotions is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Customers should contact the carrier directly regarding delivery issues.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled or modified within 48 hours of purchase. After this period, orders enter processing and cannot be changed or canceled.
